Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of live.wgesports.com and the live and on-demand broadcasts offered there (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by WGE Sports LLC, a subsidiary of WarriorsGate Entertainment, Inc. (“WGE,” “we,” “us”).
By creating an account or buying a pass, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Your account
You need an account to watch a paid event. You must provide a working email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must make any purchase.
2. What a pass gives you
A pass is a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view a specific broadcast for the period described at the time of purchase. It is not a sale of the broadcast itself.
- Two concurrent streams. One pass may play on two devices at the same time. A pass is intended for a single household.
- Replay window. Single-event and day passes include replay access for seven days after the event ends. Season passes include replay access through the end of the covered season.
- No downloads. Broadcasts are streamed only.
3. What you may not do
- Record, copy, rebroadcast, publicly perform, or redistribute any part of a broadcast.
- Share your account credentials, or sell or transfer a pass.
- Circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, the concurrent-stream limit, geographic restrictions, or any access control.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates this section, without a refund.
4. Schedules can change
Event dates, start times, and matchups are set by the host schools and their athletic conferences, not by WGE. Games are postponed, moved, and cancelled for weather, safety, and scheduling reasons. See the Refund Policy for what happens to your purchase when that occurs.
5. Rights in the broadcasts
Broadcasts, including video, audio, commentary, captions, graphics, and the WGE Sports marks, are owned by WGE or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. School names, logos, and marks belong to their respective institutions and are used with permission.
6. Accessibility
Accessibility is the point of this platform, not an afterthought. Every broadcast includes captions, and commentary is delivered in American Sign Language with voice interpretation. If you hit an accessibility barrier anywhere on the Service, email wgesports@warriorsgateent.com and we will treat it as a defect, not a request.
7. Service availability
We work hard to keep broadcasts up, but we do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Live production depends on venue power, venue internet, and third-party infrastructure we do not control. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WGE’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. WGE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will note it on this page and update the date above before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Changes never apply retroactively to a pass you already bought.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, and you and WGE consent to that jurisdiction.
