Purchase Terms
These Purchase Terms apply to every pass sold on live.wgesports.com. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. Where they conflict on a question about a purchase, this page wins.
1. Who you are buying from
The seller of record is WGE Sports LLC, a subsidiary of WarriorsGate Entertainment, Inc. Your card statement will show a WGE Sports descriptor.
2. What you are buying
A pass is a limited license to view a broadcast, not a physical good and not a subscription. Nothing renews automatically. There are no recurring charges. Every purchase is a one-time payment for a named event or a named group of events.
- Single Event — one broadcast, plus replay for 7 days after it ends.
- Day Pass — every broadcast on the named date, plus replay for 7 days.
- Fall Pass — every ISD home event we stream in the named season, including events added to the schedule after you buy, plus replay through the end of that season.
3. Prices and tax
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax. Applicable tax is calculated by Stripe at checkout based on the billing address you provide, and is shown before you confirm. The total on the checkout page is the total you pay.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number. Your purchase is complete when Stripe confirms the payment, at which point access appears on your account automatically — usually within a few seconds.
If you were charged but access did not appear, do not buy it a second time. Email us and we will fix it.
5. When access starts and ends
- Access appears on your account immediately after payment.
- The stream itself unlocks when doors open, normally 30 minutes before start time.
- Replay windows are stated on the event page and in section 2 above.
- Once a replay window closes, the pass is spent.
6. Two screens, one household
A pass plays on two devices simultaneously. This is a household allowance, not a group-viewing license. If you want to show a broadcast to a room, a bar, a school assembly, or any public or commercial audience, contact us about a venue license first — those are available and reasonably priced, and we would rather sell you one than take your pass away.
7. Schedule changes
Host schools control the schedule. Events get postponed, moved, and occasionally cancelled. Your pass follows the event to its new date automatically. Refund rights when a date changes are set out in the Refund Policy.
8. Refunds
Refund rights are set out in full in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Purchase Terms. In short: if we fail to deliver, you get your money back.
9. No transfers
Passes are tied to the account that bought them and cannot be sold, gifted, or transferred. If you bought a pass for someone else, contact us before the event and we will move it once, as a courtesy.
10. Contact
Questions about a purchase go to wgesports@warriorsgateent.com. Include the email address on your account and the event name.
