Questions

Are the streams captioned?
Yes. Every WGE Sports broadcast includes on-screen captions, and our commentary is delivered in ASL with voice interpretation. This platform is built by and for the Deaf community first.
How many people can watch on one account?
Two screens at the same time. One pass is meant to cover a household — if your family is watching together in the living room and one person is watching from a phone somewhere else, you're fine.
What if I miss the live broadcast?
Every purchase includes replay access for seven days after the event. Fall Pass holders keep replay access all season.
What happens if the stream goes down?
If a technical problem on our end means you can't watch a substantial part of an event, we refund that purchase. Contact support and we'll take care of it — no argument.
Can I watch on my TV?
Yes. The stream works in any modern browser and supports AirPlay and Chromecast from your phone or laptop.
