Questions

How many people can watch on one account?
Two screens at the same time. One pass is meant to cover a household — if your family is watching together in the living room and one person is watching from a phone somewhere else, you're fine.
What if I miss the live broadcast?
Your ticket includes replay access for seven days after the game ends. You can start, stop, and rewatch as often as you like in that window.
What happens if the stream goes down?
If a technical problem on our end means you can't watch a substantial part of an event, we refund that purchase. Contact support and we'll take care of it — no argument. On game days we post live updates to our Facebook page, so check there first if the picture stops — or text us on (323) 219-6236.
Can I watch on my TV?
Yes. The stream works in any modern browser and supports AirPlay and Chromecast from your phone or laptop.
